Daniel Radcliffe. 29.10.16

Daniel Radcliffe is an English actor best known for his role as Harry Potter in the film series of the same name. Radcliffe was born in Queen Charlotte's Hospital, Hammersmith, London, England. He is the only child of Alan Radcliffe, a literary agent, and Marcia Gresham, a casting agent who was involved in several films for the BBC, including The Inspector Lynley Mysteries and Walk Away and I Stumble. At age 11, he was cast as Harry Potter in the first Harry Potter film, and starred in the series for 10 years until the release of the eighth and final film in 2011.

From boy wizard to menswear master, Daniel Radcliffe has come a long way from his Harry Potter days. The key to his style success? He might be young, but he knows the power of a well-cut suit - and has managed to amass a wardrobe of tailoring that a man twice his age would be jealous of. Unlike many child stars, Radcliffe has proven himself to be an anomaly. Rather than establishing himself as one of the traditional off-the-rails-and-redemption young actors, the Harry Potter leading man has kept his head screwed on, worked hard and not just sat on the success he got through the JK Rowling phenomenon, selecting clever curveball projects, from ‘Kill Your Darlings’ and ‘Frankenstein’ (complete with hair extensions) on the big screen, to notoriously naked ‘Equus’.

In short, Radcliffe has matured into one of the most interesting of Britain's new wave of leading men, coming in at 5ft 5in, perhaps his biggest contribution to the style-sphere is showing guys who come in under 6ft how to dress right for their height. And while we've seen him in a variety of suits over the past few years, he's not one to keep things predictable.

These days you're more likely to see him keeping his suiting far more casual at an official event with his go-to "air tie" or a pair of gleaming white trainer and unlike many of his peers on the red carpet, he doesn't just stick to grey, navy and black suits, but instead goes for a wide variety of colours and also mixes separates together.

As a child star trying to prove his potential as a true leading man in Britain, Radcliffe has now ditched the bright colours he wore as a teenager. These days he tends to stick to a more subdued selection of greys, whites, browns and sandy beiges on the TV press circuit - with a burst of well-placed colour generally saved for the red carpet.

This year sees a slew of new releases for Radcliffe including Swiss Army Man, Imperium and Now You See Me 2, so one thing's for certain: we're about to see a whole lot more red carpet action from the man formerly known as Harry Potter.

Zayn Malik. 08.10.16

Image result for zayn malikZayn Javadd Malik is an English singer and songwriter. In 2010, Malik auditioned as a solo artist for the British reality television music competition The X Factor. As we all know now after being eliminated as a solo performer, Malik was brought back into the competition, along with Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Liam Payne, and Louis Tomlinson, to form the boy band One Direction.

However in March 2015, Malik's representative announced the singer's departure from the band which lead to him signing a solo recording contract with RCA Records in 2015, with his debut studio album Mind of Mine released on 25 March 2016. The album and its lead single, "Pillowtalk", reached number one in a number of countries, including the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada and New Zealand, with Malik becoming the first British male artist to debut at number one in both the UK and US with his debut single and debut album.

Zayn's fashion style has definitely evolved over the years Considering he was competing with four other bandmates, Zayn Malik always managed to stand out as one of the best-dressed member of One Direction, arguably on par with Harry Styles, yet in a completely different way . And, while he might have got a new girlfriend in the form of Gigi Hadid certainly nothing’s changed in the wardrobe department now he’s gone solo.

The key to Malik's style success? A sharp eye for emerging trends and a knowledge of what works for his body shape. Proving that it's not just the lyrics that have matured, we've seen his style graduate from the slogan T-shirts and baseball caps of his fledgling Directioner years to an arsenal of well-tailored pieces and designer labels worthy of his newfound superstar status. Whether he’s on the red carpet, on stage or sitting front row at the Louis Vuitton show at Paris Fashion Week, it’s rare that he puts a foot wrong.

Another way in which Zayn adds a twist to his wardrobe, is his footwear. He lets his retro trainers or grungy boots speak for themselves. From creepers to docs, Zayn has them all. Team a pair of retro style trainers, or some chelsea boots with jeans, a white t-shirt and a leather jacket.

Sure, his taste in clothes is superb - but what's also impressive is his willingness to try new things north of his shoulders. Over the past few years we've seen him perfect a rockabilly quiff, dye-in a blond streak, sport a crew cut, style-out a pompadour, dye his hair pink, and even have a go at giving Leto a run for his money with a man bun trend.

Unquestionably, the key to achieving the look of Zayn Malik, is by keeping it simple, but by also opting for bold additions. All you have to do if just follow these few simple tips to master his effortless style.

Tinie Tempah. 17.09.16

Patrick Chukwuemeka Okogwu better known by his stage name Tinie Tempah, is an English rapper, singer, songwriter and record producer. Tempah was born in London, the son of Igbo parents from Nigeria. His middle name, Chukwuemeka, means "God has done it" in the Igbo language. Regarding his London upbringing, Tempah states, "London is one of the only places in the world where you can live in a council block and see a beautiful semi-detached house across the street. Growing up around that was inspirational, it kept me motivated.

Tinie Tempah, a musician so frequently sharply dressed he might have someone’s eye out is almost as synonymous with menswear as he his hit records.

He describes his style himself as “pretty much street cool” Saying that, “it can be quite formal at times. I have a good balance between formal and high-end streetwear.”

As a general rule of thumb very few guys manage to successfully pull off both casual and formal, but it’s safe to say Tinie is one of the few exceptions. Whether he’s performing on stage or being snapped while he’s out and about, his casual looks are unquestionably as well put together as his flawless suiting ensembles we’re accustomed to seeing. From comfy tailored joggers teamed with bold retro sneakers to leather biker jackets layered over long-line tops, Tinie successfully stamps his signature swagger on everything he wears to confirm his reputation as one of the most stylish men on the planet.

There are very few people who can pull off a suit quite like Tinie Tempah. That’s a fact. His brazen experimentation with bold colours and classic cuts is always executed with an elegance and pazazz that very few possess. TT is a formidable force when it comes to integrating classic looks with a modern street aesthetic. His most notable styles offer a blend of refinement in cut but also a hint of his creative roots through the use of bold patterns, colours and classic white sneakers, when in doubt, go for fresh white kicks. This is definitely one way to stand out, dress up white sneakers! He’s not as experimental as others in the males fashion world, but this approach works for Tempah as the British often excel in the understated dress category.

In formal guise, Tempah relies heavily on classic silhouettes blended with modern trends such as loafers or derbies without socks. Tempah has been seen matching a velvet jacket with traditional black trousers and ultra polished slip-ons to channel true playboy style.

Moving up the high fashion ranks doesn’t mean you forget your roots a streetwear force. Tempah loves to show off his street style wares when he finds a chance. When he does, it’s often an eclectic clash of colours, patterns and paired-down cool.

Coats carry the most weight in this Tinie Tempah style and there’s a few to choose from. At the designer end, Tempah goes for intricately cut attire with graffiti artist print, slim black joggers and white sneakers. It’s a winning look made for the ever rising musician.

Justin Bieber. 03.09.16

Image result for justin bieberJustin Bieber is a Canadian singer and songwriter. He was discovered after talent manager watched him through his YouTube videos covering songs in 2008. He became the first artist to have seven songs from a debut record chart on the Billboard Hot 100.

Bieber is often featured in teen magazines, such as Tiger Beat, and has been labelled as a "teen heartthrob".

However Bieber has had several run-ins with the law around the world before his first arrest in 2014, including when he was accused of reckless driving in his neighbourhood in 2012. One of his neighbours in Calabasas, California, accused Bieber of throwing eggs at his home on January 9, 2014, and causing thousands of dollars of damage. On January 23, 2014, Bieber was arrested in Miami Beach, Florida, together with singer Khalil on suspicion of driving under the influence, driving with an over six month expired license, and resisting arrest without violence.

Justin may only be 21, but he’s gone through more style phases than celebrities three times his age.

Off-duty, the popstar is just as luxe – walking around in fash-ed up loungewear or casual jackets, underpinned by leather look jeans and $700 sneakers. Statement head gear is a Bieber thing too; snapping back a reversed cap or felt fedora depending on his ‘scene’.

Bieber likes activewear, obviously. But his taste for easy-go clothing doesn’t forgo his salivating over luxury kit, which sees him experiment with technical fabrics for a future-forward approach to fashion. Unusual proportions are another way Bieber dresses futuristically. A super longline t-shirt and army hi-top sneakers offer an urban look when paired under a sharp dinner jacket in army green. Monochrome black casual wear becomes forward-thinking with baggy-ish track pants in leather and bold zips with a basic tee getting a satin collar rewiring at the neck; the outfit turned contemporary with luxury white sneakers.

Bradley Cooper. 20.08.16

Bradley Cooper is an American actor and producer. He has been nominated for four Academy Awards, three for acting and one for producing, and one Tony Award. He was named the "Sexiest Man Alive" by People magazine in 2011.

Although Cooper has become quite the style contender in recent years, his place among Hollywood’s best dressed wasn’t always so assured. Come 2012, red-carpet suits suddenly transformed. Cooper was on a winning streak with three back-to-back Oscar nominations (who could forget that desert phone call in the opening scenes of The Hangover) so Bradley Cooper’s wardrobe had to catch up. The final nail in the death-to-ugly coffin was Cooper’s crowning of People’s Sexiest Man Alive in 2011. Like fine wine that gets better with age, Bradley Cooper has more than refined his palette, professionally and more importantly, aesthetically.

Not really a blazer/chino kind of a guy, nor someone who takes things too serious, it is all or nothing with Cooper’s style. That is, either rugged, confident or sleek and slick in a suit. And for the latter, it doesn’t matter what style but with Mr. Cooper, the trick and talent is in how the suit fits – snug, sharp and suave.

The cowboy check, plaid works well with Cooper’s off-duty and television appearance wardrobe. Working the rules of plaid, Cooper chooses bigger, bolder squares for casual shirts – unbuttoned, sleeves rolled and untucked.

Cooper looks to independent brand Candy & Caviar specifically for his casual plaid shirts, while Canali’s blue slim-fit business shirts slip well under a suit jacket – the spread collar detail allowing for no-tie etiquette.

Jaden Smith. 06.08.16

Jaden Smith is an American actor and rapper. He is the son of Jada Pinkett Smith and Will Smith.

Jaden isn’t skirting the issue of his gender-fluid fashion style. He has raised eyebrows by posing in a skirt for Louis Vuitton’s new women’s line, told British GQ Style in a interview, “I don’t see man clothes and woman clothes.

Smith has recently been hailed as one of the most significant style icons of 2016 and onwards. His outfits vary from a Southwest coast to a laid back street style. When he’s not working on his acting or rapping career, Jaden Smith must be somewhere peacocking his unique trend and layering techniques which have recently earned him the position amongst many establishments as one the 2016 Best Dressed to follow.

Though Smith is renowned for his commitment to bold looks, he is also a fixture on the festival and street style scene. More often than not, you’ll see Smith layer upon layer his clothing – a trend he carries off well and is usually sporting with trainers, black jeans and a back pack.

To dress with style and achieve a Jaden Smith inspired outfits, you’ve got to be able to layer well, Smith can pull off wearing the same thing over and over just by putting it over or under another item of clothing – he enjoys baggy, lengthy and comfortable clothes and mixing brands as well.

Harry Styles. 30.07.16

Harry Styles is an English singer and songwriter. He is known as a member of the boy band One Direction. Styles was raised in Holmes Chapel, with his parents and his older sister, Gemma.

Styles will make his acting debut in Christopher Nolan's action-thriller Dunkirk which is based on the British military evacuation in World War II. He will star alongside Tom Hardy, Mark Rylance, Cillian Murphy and Kenneth Branagh.

Harry Styles comes with a certain rocker charm these days; he's certainly come a long way since he was pictured in Jack Wills hoodies and horrible baggy jeans during his time on the X Factor. Now, the 21-year-old One Direction star is likely to be spotted wearing black skinny jeans, his failsafe flannel and T-Shirt combo, suede Saint Laurent chelsea boots and before his well documented haircut, a Keith Richards-esque bandana to keep his gorgeous hair away from his face.

A basic Harry Styles rule is you have to have at least one item of clothing that stands out, completely contrasting the rest of the outfit. This can be something very subtle, like having a checked shirt over a plain white shirt, or something a little bolder.
